You can book individual coaching sessions or opt for multiple sessions, depending on the areas you’d like to work on. The sessions take place on-site at the ADHD Center.
Each session focuses on a specific topic or addresses several smaller challenges that you’re currently facing. We don’t just talk – we also work actively through practical exercises. You progress at your own pace, without pressure, but with real, transformative experiences. You’ll receive small, manageable tasks to try out as experiments, along with handouts and worksheets to help you make step-by-step progress.
